how do I know if I have water on my knee? I played basketball for 3 hours last night and now i cant walk on?
Or bend my knee. it looks slightly swollen yet is quite painful. I have been iceing it and taking naproxen all day with no results. I did not fall or twist it funny last night at all. Is it water or fluid? I have never injured this joint before. please help
If the knee is hot to touch, then it is inflamed. Water on the knee is something different. Best of Luck
