Getting back into Medical assisting after many years of staying at home?

I graduated as a MA in 1995. I did work briefly in the field in 1999. I got married, started a family and became a stay at home mom. I want to get back into the MA field. I just moved to Newnan GA and have no idea where to begin. Do I take refresher coarses? Find a temp agency? Any help would greatly be appreciated.
